Now that we’ve acknowledged the shackles aka limiting Beliefs restricting our unique expression, courage and liberty.

Let us continue on the journey… get your journal and writing instrument (pen) ✍🏽!

***A most significant battle in overcoming limiting beliefs is realizing their existence and acknowledging their impact on your life ( without judging yourself). As you identify them, you can begin to challenge and shift them. ( this is a hourly action to remember: set a reminder for yourself on your phone🤷🏽‍♀️, ijs)

Here are some strategies that are proven to help you shift your limiting beliefs:

1. Reframe the Narrative: transform your self-talk by looking into the limiting belief from both perspectives positives and negative, cultivating a mindset of awareness as the observer
2. Empower Through application and pruning process. (Create new ways of being ( habits): look at you relationship to money, the currency. Whatever it is, BE Grateful for it! Mine was scarcity aka “ lack”. Breathe….
   Now write the old habit down and the lessons learned. Now burn it up.
3. Visualization: We harness the power of focused attention to help you see, feel, and experience the KNOWingness in your financial success, strengthening Self-Trust and Inspiration to achieve your goals.

Inhale 1,2,3,4 & Exhale 1,2,3,4

Now shake it off!!!!! Move your body.
